Not even ⭐️ Toast worth I have been since September 2022 and still as of May 2023 trying to get my money back for over charging me the extra subscription I repeatedly asked them to cancel probably I spoke to 25 agents som of them twice with zero results to my case and they keep saying same BS we will credit your account but they never did as of 05-02-2023 .. they are trying to sound as professional as they can but the truth is they are beyond that …!!! Any idea of what should I do to solve this issue with toast POS ?!?!?!?

"Horrible as always"
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They can never answer anything. Everyone gives you a different answer when you call. They don't fix anything. Don't waste your money.
If I ever have a printing issue they tell me what I'm asking for is not possible yet, it was working until I called them. I have auto grat completely archived and turned off yet it randomly shows up on tickets for parties of 2. I don't get an out first button because they don't offer that. Who has a restaurant POS and doesn't offer an out first button???? The list could go on. They're awful.

"Best POS System"
Toast POS is Great! Our restaurant went from Aloha to Toast. Customer service is great but not needed as much cause they make it really user friendly. We’ve added on more modules that are great and flexible with want your restaurant needs and wants.

"Make the Switch! It’s worth it!!"
We have been using toast for over 2 years. Best decision my company made. Its user friendly for both the back end and for my FOH staff. Customer service is top notch and easy to work with. They don’t stop until they answer all your questions! Our toast rep also goes up and beyond, ensuring all my questions are answered and always follows up with me.

"Poor customer care"
The Payroll team has been completely awful. The pos system is great. Customer service has been terrible. The payroll specialist on the cases I’m on is Zachary and he has not been calling me back, empty promises of meetings, and not fulfilling his job. I’m not one to complain, but he isn’t the only staff member that has been assigned to my cases.

"Be careful"
Toast means well. It’s a pretty concept but please please do your research. There are way better softwares out there for a way cheaper price. They don’t care about the small shops. I have put my life into my company and their processing has nearly ruined my company. Please please do your research and ask “who will help me when I have problems”

The customer service, the referal program, the easy use of toast overall.
The thing that would be disappointing is the life span of the equipment. The equipment tends to get faulty extremely quickly.

Toast has been fantastic! It offers several features that allow us to compete with corporate brands without the additional costs.
When we opened our first coffee shop, I knew very little about Point of Sale (POS) systems for coffee shops. Thankfully, my co-worker understood them and helped set up our first one. We wanted to save money because we were quite small.
And so initially, we selected one of the Apple / IOS-based app POS systems. The options were fairly limited, but it was easy to use. The limiting and crippling factor with that POS system was that it was iPad based. Whenever Apple would release an update, our staff was prompted to update the iPad, even though the POS system wasn’t ready to operate on the updated version. In the end, we limped along, but were hoping to find something better.
We were determined to find a better solution for our second location a few years later. After researching and testing, we finally landed on Toast. I could not be happier. While it is not a perfect system, it is a vast improvement over the previous iPad-based system.
The Toast online ordering/app ordering function allows us to showcase images of our drinks and allows customers to order ahead.
The Toast system also functions offline, which is a lifesaver in a coffee shop. On occasion, the Internet provider’s system will go down, but Toast will allow your team to keep taking orders and serving customers.
We have also utilized their gift card system, allowing us to sell both electronic and physical gift cards. These have been great revenue boosters.
While the initial capital investment is more than an iPad-based system, the Toast system and hardware are well worth the investment.
Anytime our team has had an issue, the support team has been able to quickly help us. We highly recommend that you consider the Toast POS system for your coffee shop.
